  • 16 oz sour cream
  • ¼ c buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ranch seasoning packet
  • 4 mini sweet peppers
  • chives (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds. Pat the peppers dry and then set them aside.
  • Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing together in a small bowl.
  • Fill each of the mini peppers with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle chives on top of the peppers for garnish. (Optional)
