Spicy Mini Stuffed Peppers
These spicy mini stuffed peppers have a spicy kick to them and will leave your taste buds tingling. The peppers are stuffed with a buffalo cream cheese mixture which brings a ton of flavor to the appetizer.

ranch seasoning packet

mini sweet peppers
chives (optional)
Instructions
Wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds. Pat the peppers dry and then set them aside.
Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing together in a small bowl.
Fill each of the mini peppers with the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle chives on top of the peppers for garnish. (Optional)
Serve immediately or cover and place in the fridge until ready to use.
