4th of July Pasta Salad
This 4th of July pasta salad makes the perfect side dish for your summer BBQs and celebrations. Made with bow tie pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, feta cheese, onions, and a homemade dressing, it's delicious.

Dijon mustard
Instructions
Cook the pasta in a large pot until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
In a small bowl whisk together the oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chopped vegetables, feta cheese, and parsley.
Pour the dressing over the pasta and veggie mixture. Mix gently to combine until well coated.
Cover and chill in the ridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
Notes
Pasta: Switch up the bowtie pasta for your favorite.
Swap out the vegetables for your favorites or add more.
Instead of using feta cheese you can use goat cheese or Halloumi.
Buy pre-chopped vegetables for even quicker make time.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
