2
cod fillets
1
tablespoon
avocado oil
1/2
of a lemon
or 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
1/4
teaspoon
dried parsley
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F
In a small bowl, mix together the avocado oil, lemon juice, salt, dried parsley and black pepper.
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
Brush the seasoned oil mixture over both sides of the cod fillets. You want an even coat on both sides.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
Cook the fillets in the air fryer for about 8 minutes, or until they are golden brown and flake easily with a fork.
Carefully remove the cod fillets and transfer them to a serving plate.
Notes
Don’t overcook the fillets. You want them to easily flake with a fork.
Overlapping them will cause the fillets not to cook evenly.
Larger fillets will take longer to cook, smaller fillets will take less time to cook.
