A simple party appetizer or light dinner idea, these air fryer kielbasa bites come together in less than 30 minutes. Polish sausage and a few simple spices are all you need to make this easy air fryer recipe.
In a medium bowl, toss the kielbasa slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Place the sliced kielbasa in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they’re not overcrowded to allow for even cooking.
Air fry the kielbasa for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. The sausage should be heated through and crispy on the edges.
Notes
This recipe uses precooked kielbasa.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer! When you’re cooking the Polish sausage bites in the air fryer, arrange them so that they are in a single layer. This will help even out the cooking process.
Always preheat the air fryer. If you don’t, they will take longer to cook.
Swap out the oil or seasonings for any of your favorites. Avocado oil has a high smoke point making it perfect for your air fryer foods.
Don’t feel like slicing the sausage? Just place the full sausage in the air fryer, poke some holes in it to help release the juice, and cook. A few extra minutes may be needed.
Instead of using Kielbasa, used smoked sausage for a tasty alternative.
