Instructions
Preheat your oven to 390°F.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with 3 tablespoon of BBQ sauce. Let it sit for 5 minutes so that it soaks in the flavor.
Spread the BBQ chicken evenly over the flatbread.
Top the flatbread with the shredded cheese. Add the sliced red onion and pepper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and starts to lightly brown. The edges of the flatbread will also become crispy.
Garnish with the fresh parsley, cut, and serve.
