Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches
With just 3 ingredients, these chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches are a fun sweet treat the kids will love. The ice cream cookie sandwiches take only a few minutes to put together.
Ingredients
- 2 Large Chocolate Chip Cookies per sandwich
- Ice Cream
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Scoop the ice cream onto one side of the cookie and gently press another cookie on top making sure the ice cream goes all the way to the edge of the cookie.
- Gently roll the edges of the ice cream cookie sandwiches into the sprinkles covering all around the edge.
- Enjoy right away or place them in the freezer for about an hour so that the ice cream can harden.
Notes
- Swap out the chocolate chip cookies for your favorite.
- Instead of using vanilla ice cream, change it up and use your favorite flavor. Chocolate, mint, peanut butter, the options are endless.
- To decorate the cookies, use any kind of sprinkles. You can even used themed sprinkles if you’re making them for a special occasion.
- Store in the freezer to keep the ice cream frozen.
