Cookie Monster Bark
This sweet and easy to make Cookie Monster Bark is fun and creative! Only a few simple ingredients are needed to make this melted chocolate cookie bark.
Ingredients
- 12 oz bag of blue candy melts
- 7 mini Oreos
- 12 mini Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies
- 14 candy eye sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat the candy melts according to the package instructions.
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted blue candy melts onto the parchment paper and use a spatula to spread it out.
- Place the candy eye sprinkles in pairs across the bark. Break the mini Oreos in half and place under the candy eye sprinkles to be used as the mouth.
- Sprinkle the mini Chips Ahoy cookies around the bark. Let dry 30 minutes then break the bark into pieces.
