8
ounces
sour cream

cup
salsa (we prefer chunky salsa)
1

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Mix the taco seasoning and the refried beans in a small bowl until well combined.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of each layer into the clear plastic cup.
Layer 1: Refried beans mixed with taco seasoning. Layer 2: Guacamole. Layer 3: Sour cream. Layer 4: Salsa. Layer 5: Shredded cheese. Layer 6: Diced tomatoes. Layer 7: Black olives
Garnish with cilantro if desired and serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Add your favorite layers. Anything that you would normally enjoy with your tacos you can layer in the individual cups.
Use taco meat instead of refried beans or add a layer of taco meat to the cups.
Substitute any ingredients for low-fat, dairy free, healthier options if you wish.
Make these ahead of time and store them in the fridge. I recommend covering the cups with a layer of plastic wrap.
