This baked cheeseburger dip is made with ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Rotel, and classic burger flavors. It’s an easy appetizer that comes together quickly and works well for parties, game day, or snack night.
Add the cooked ground beef, cream cheese, 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilis, onion, seasoning salt, ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles to a large bowl. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
Spread the dip into a small baking dish and smooth the top.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the dip.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the cheese is fully melted.
Remove from the oven and garnish with additional chopped pickles and more toppings if desired before serving.
Notes
For best texture, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
Drain the diced tomatoes with green chilis well to prevent excess liquid in the dip.
This dip can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through, stirring if needed.
Freezing is not recommended, as cream cheese can change texture after thawing.
