Prep the pop tarts by dusting a small board or parchment paper with a small amount of flour and then cut the pie crust sections into rectangles or the shape you want.
Be sure you have 2 of the same shapes! Once you get the shapes cut out, lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Add your filling mix to the center of each piece of pie crust and brush the edges with the beaten egg.
Place one piece of pie crust over another and use a fork to pinch the edges together.
Brush the top of each pop tart with the beaten egg and use the fork to poke a few holes in the top of the pop tart. This will help the steam escape when cooking.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the crusts are golden brown.
For the icing or glaze: Combine the milk and powdered sugar in a bowl. Stir well. Coat the pop tarts with glaze while the pop tarts are still warm. Top with sprinkles.
