Easy Slow Cooker Cowboy Casserole
This slow cooker cowboy casserole is an easy crockpot dinner made with ground beef, corn, creamy soup, cheddar cheese, and tater tots. Perfect for busy family nights.

or cream of chicken soup

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

onion
diced

garlic powder

bag frozen tater tots
20 oz bag
Instructions
Spray a 6 quart slow cooker insert with nonstick spray. Add ground beef, corn, soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Spread frozen tater tots in a single layer across the top.
Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or High for 2 to 3 hours until hot and bubbly.
