This honey mustard rotisserie chicken salad is an easy meal that’s light, healthy, and meal prep friendly. The fresh veggies, chicken, and homemade honey mustard dressing packs a punch when it comes to flavor.
Combine all of the salad ingredients into a large bowl (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, bacon, and rotisserie chicken).
Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and drizzle the salad with the homemade honey mustard salad dressing.

Instead of using rotisserie chicken, you can cook your own chicken or choose the precooked chicken packages from the store. Grilled chicken would work well with this salad.
Don’t feel like making your own salad dressing? While it’s an easy recipe, if you prefer a store bought salad dressing you can use that too.
Store: Wait to add the dressing until you’re ready to eat. Store the salad in an airtight container and the honey mustard dressing in a separate container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
