S'mores Popcorn
This smores popcorn combines crisp popcorn, mini marshmallows, melted chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs into an easy dessert that's ready in about 15 minutes. The marshmallows soften just enough to create little clusters while the chocolate sets into light ribbons throughout the popcorn.
Ingredients
- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips melted
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the popcorn in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the popcorn and bake for about 5 minutes, until softened.
- Gently stir the popcorn while the marshmallows are warm to distribute them throughout.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn, then immediately sprinkle with the graham cracker crumbs.
- Let the popcorn cool until the chocolate has set before serving.
Notes
- Freshly popped popcorn gives the best texture.
- Remove any unpopped kernels before assembling.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs while the chocolate is still warm so they stick.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
