Vanilla Wafer Santa Treats
These fun vanilla wafer Santa treats are super easy to make and fun for the holidays. Serve these at holiday parties or as a fun Santa treat for kids!
Ingredients
- 24 vanilla wafer cookies
- 12 ounces white candy melts
- 1 container red sugar crystals
- 24 mini marshmallows
- 48 mini chocolate chips
- 24 red M&Ms
Instructions
- Melt the candy melts like directed by the package instructions.
- Dip each wafer cookie in the melted candy to fully coat them, remove with a fork, and place them on parchment paper.
- Immediate sprinkle red sugar crystals on the top and add a mini marshmallow onto to make Santa’s hat.
- Add two mini chocolate chips for Santa’s eyes and add one red M&M for his nose.
- Let the cookies sit on the parchment paper until they dry completely.
Notes
- Dipping the wafers: Sink the wafers into the melted chocolate and use a fork to remove them. Tap the excess chocolate off before placing the coated wagers on the parchment paper.
- The melted candy will start to dry quickly so be sure to try and add the sugar crystals, marshmallows, M&M’s, and mini chocolate chips as fast as you can.
