Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional but worth it)
How to Make This Easy Glaze
Mix together the powdered sugar and 1/2 of the lemon juice into a mixing bowl. Slowly add in more lemon juice while stirring to get the consistency you want.
If using the vanilla, add the 1/4 teaspoon in. You can also use almond extract to give it a bit of an almond flavor.
