strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. You can move one of the racks to the top to help speed up the melting and browning process.
Steam the cauliflower until it is tender (around 7 minutes). Drain and pat dry.
In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, dill, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to combine.
Place the loaded cauliflower mixture into a casserole dish and top with the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top starts to brown.
Remove from the oven, top with fresh chives, and serve.
