Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
Transfer about 1/4 cup of melted chocolate to a separate bowl and tint with red food coloring.
Spread remaining white chocolate onto the baking sheet. Drizzle pink chocolate over the top and swirl gently with a toothpick.
Decorate with Peeps, sprinkles, and Easter candies.
Refrigerate uncovered for about 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
Notes
Use low heat when melting chocolate.
Short microwave bursts and frequent stirring help prevent the chocolate from seizing or burning.
Swirl gently for the best look.
When adding colors, a toothpick works best. Too much swirling can muddy the colors.
Make-ahead friendly
for Easter parties and gifting.
Store in a cool place.
Bark stays firm and fresh longer when kept covered in the refrigerator.
Easy to customize
with different Easter candies or colors.
