Instructions
Add chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, and black pepper to a small bowl.
Stir well until evenly combined and the color looks uniform.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
Notes
Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of meat.
Adjust cayenne to control heat level.
Store in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
Add salt separately when cooking if desired.
