This simple homemade margherita pizza is a 20 minutes meal that’s healthy, light, and delicious. It has a crispy but tender crust, tomato sauce, cheese, and fresh mint topping.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, and water.
Stir until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface, roll out a ball of dough into a large round and place it onto a 10 “round pizza pan. If the dough is sticky, add some more flour a bit at a time.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the dough. Add mozzarella and mint leaves to the top.
