No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Parfaits
These no bake Blueberry Cheesecake Parfaits are made with just 5 ingredients. Cream cheese, whipped topping, powdered sugar, vanilla, and blueberries are all you need for this tasty dessert.

cream cheese, softened

whipped topping

powdered sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract

blueberries
Instructions
Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. I like to use a spatula for this but you can use a spoon if you want.
Take half of the cheesecake filling and place a spoonful or two on the bottom.
Take half of the blueberries and place them on top of the cheesecake mixture. (Save at least 6 blueberries for the top of the parfait).
Use the last bit of cheesecake mixture and spoon it onto the top of the blueberries.
Top each cheesecake parfait with a blueberry in the center.
It's best to refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
