These no bake Blueberry Cheesecake Parfaits are made with just 5 ingredients. Cream cheese, whipped topping, powdered sugar, vanilla, and blueberries are all you need for this tasty dessert.

We do love our cheesecake desserts. One of our favorites are mini banana cheesecakes but when we want a quick and easy cheesecake, these blueberry cheesecake parfaits are our go to.

  • They are versatile. If you don’t want to use blueberries, you can use any other fruit. You can also add food coloring to create colorful parfaits.

What you need to make this blueberry cheesecake parfaits recipe

  • Cream cheese
  • Whipped topping
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Blueberries

How to make cheesecake parfaits with blueberries

Cheesecake Parfaits with Blueberries Mixed

Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. I like to use a spatula for this but you can use a spoon if you want.

Take half of the cheesecake filling and place a spoonful or two on the bottom.

Take half of the blueberries and place them on top of the cheesecake mixture. (Save at least 6 blueberries for the top of the parfait).

Use the last bit of cheesecake mixture and spoon it onto the top of the blueberries.

Top each cheesecake parfait with a blueberry in the center.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Substitutions & Variations

  • Add in crushed graham crackers. Layer the cream cheese, graham crackers, and blueberries for a flavorful sweet treat. For even more flavor mix, the crushed graham crackers with melted butter before layering.
  • You can use a premade cheesecake filling instead of making your own.
  • Experiment with different fruits. Instead of using blueberries, try strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, or others.
  • Turn them into colorful cheesecake parfaits by adding a few drops of food coloring to the cheesecake mixture.
