These Oreo Santa Hat Cheesecakes are a fun, festive no-bake Christmas dessert made with Oreos, strawberries, and cheesecake filling. Quick to make, easy to assemble, and perfect for parties or family gatherings.
Arrange all the Oreo cookies on a flat surface or serving tray.
Slice the tops off the strawberries to create a flat base.
Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag and snip off the tip.
Pipe a dollop of cheesecake filling on top of each Oreo.
Place one strawberry, point-side up, onto each cheesecake dollop.
Pipe a small dot of cheesecake filling on top of each strawberry and press a mini marshmallow on top.
Chill for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.

Keep these mini cheesecakes chilled until serving. If you’re making them ahead, wait to add the marshmallows until just before serving for the fluffiest look.
