No Bake Oreo Santa Hat Cheesecakes
These Oreo Santa Hat Cheesecakes are a fun, festive no-bake Christmas dessert made with Oreos, strawberries, and cheesecake filling. Quick to make, easy to assemble, and perfect for parties or family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 20 golden Oreo cookies
- 24 ounces Philadelphia cheesecake filling
- 20 strawberries
- 20 mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Arrange all the Oreo cookies on a flat surface or serving tray.
- Slice the tops off the strawberries to create a flat base.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag and snip off the tip.
- Pipe a dollop of cheesecake filling on top of each Oreo.
- Place one strawberry, point-side up, onto each cheesecake dollop.
- Pipe a small dot of cheesecake filling on top of each strawberry and press a mini marshmallow on top.
- Chill for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Keep these mini cheesecakes chilled until serving. If you’re making them ahead, wait to add the marshmallows until just before serving for the fluffiest look.
