raspberries
and a few for garnish
½
lemon (sliced)
1
can
sparkling water
5
mint leaves
Instructions
Add raspberries, mint leaves, and lemon slices into a glass.
Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon to smash together.
Add the sparkling water or light-colored soda and stir everything together.
Add ice and garnish with mint, a few fresh raspberries, and a slice of lemon.
Notes
Change the flavor and use limes instead of lemon. You’ll have a raspberry lime mojito.
Sparkling water can be used or you can go with any light-colored soda of choice.
The mint adds a little extra to the drink and also gives you a minty fresh flavor. It can be skipped if you don’t want the mint.
The ice is optional but it’ll help keep your raspberry mocktail nice and cold.
This recipe makes 1 drink but can easily be altered to make a large batch if you want.
