How To Make Raspberry Mojito Mocktail

  • Add raspberries, mint leaves, and lemon slices into a glass.
  • Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon to smash together.
  • Add the sparkling water or light-colored soda and stir everything together.
  • Add ice and garnish with mint, a few fresh raspberries, and a slice of lemon.

Substitutions & Variations

  • Change the flavor and use limes instead of lemon. You’ll have a raspberry lime mojito.
  • Sparkling water can be used or you can go with any light-colored soda of choice.
  • The mint adds a little extra to the drink and also gives you a minty fresh flavor. It can be skipped if you don’t want the mint.

  • 1/2 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 can sparkling water
  • 5 mint leaves
