Taco sliders with Hawaiian rolls is the perfect snack, family meal, or appetizer. The mini sandwiches are stuffed with taco meat, cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce. Add your favorite taco toppings for even more flavor.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise to create a set of top and bottom buns. Set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onions until cooked through and crumbled.
Add the taco seasoning and water and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer until the sauce has thickened, stirring often.
Place the bottom set of rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the ground beef mixture in an even layer over the top of the buns.
Spread the taco sauce over the top of the ground beef. Top with shredded cheese.
Place the top buns on the pan next to the bottom buns and brush with butter. Sprinkle extra taco seasoning over the top of the buns.
Place the pan in the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
Top the melted cheese with shredded lettuce, then place the buns on top. Slice into individual sliders before serving.
