Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slice the French baguette or hoagie roll in half lengthwise.
Place 2-3 slices of cheddar cheese on one side of the baguette and 2-3 slices of gouda cheese on the other side.
Toast the baguette in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Layer 3-4 slices of salami on top of the melted cheese on one side of the baguette.
In a bowl, mix the shredded iceberg lettuce with mayonnaise and mustard to make a slaw.
Spread the slaw on top of the salami. Add the turkey breast chunks on top of the slaw.
Thinly slice 1/2 red onion and sprinkle it over the turkey. Place sliced pickles on top of the red onion.
Close the sandwich with the other half of the baguette. Cut the sandwich into desired portions and serve.
Notes
You can substitute gouda cheese for the provolone.
Either a French baguette or hoagie roll will work with this sandwich.
