How To Make Easy Tofu Corn Dip

In a food processor combine ⅔ cup of the corn, the tofu, lime juice, garlic, salt, and milk. Blend until well combined.

Add the mixture to a mixing bowl along with the remaining corn, the chopped tomatoes, and basil. Gently stir to combine.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Use fresh or frozen corn. If you’re using fresh corn, use 2 cups. Cook in a skillet first with a little butter or olive oil, let cool, then continue with the recipe.
