How To Make Margherita Pizza

Preheat your oven to 425F.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, and water.
Stir until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface, roll out a ball of dough into a large round and place it onto a 10 "round pizza pan. If the dough is sticky, add some more flour a bit at a time.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the dough. Add mozzarella and mint leaves to the top. Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is done.
