This Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is a fun and filling twist on caesar salad and pasta salad! Serve as a side or light dinner.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1-2 hearts of romaine lettuce
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- croutons
- about 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
- parmesan cheese flakes or shredded
- Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Prepare the pasta according to box directions
- Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Chop the romaine, rinse, and dry well.
- In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine, cooked pasta, and cooked chicken.
- Toss. If desired, chill the salad for 1 hour, for a cold pasta salad.
- Sprinkle the croutons and bacon on top.
- Add the caesar dressing and parmesan cheese flakes on top.
