Lettuce

Caesar Salad Dressing: Your favorite brand.

Rotini Pasta

Chicken: Cubed or shredded. You can also use rotisserie chicken.

Salad Toppings: We use bacon, parmesan cheese, and croutons.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1-2 hearts of romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • croutons
  • about 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • parmesan cheese flakes or shredded
  • Caesar dressing

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pasta according to box directions
  • Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • Chop the romaine, rinse, and dry well.
  • In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine, cooked pasta, and cooked chicken.
  • Toss. If desired, chill the salad for 1 hour, for a cold pasta salad.
  • Sprinkle the croutons and bacon on top.
  • Add the caesar dressing and parmesan cheese flakes on top.
