Ingredients & Substitutions

Wings – We use both wingettes and drummettes for this recipe. If you purchase them frozen, defrost them before cooking.

Grated Parmesan, Minced Garlic, Butter – These three ingredients will create the delicious parmesan sauce that we will toss the wings in when they’re done cooking. The combination gives the wings loads of flavor.

Oil – We fry the wings in oil to give them that crispy texture. The frying was done in an outdoor fryer, but you can use an indoor fryer if you wish.

How to Make These Easy Garlic Parmesan Wings

Parmesan Garlic Wings Process
  1. Heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make sure the wings are fully defrosted. Carefully place the wings into the fryer basket and cook until golden or desired crispiness.
  3. Remove the wings and drain the excess oil.
  4. Place the wings in a large bowl.
  5. Heat the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and then pour the butter on top of the wings. Give it a little shake to get them all coated.
  6. Add the parmesan and garlic to the wings and toss again to make sure they get coated.

Tip

Use a Ziplock bag or bowl with a lid to toss the wings with the parmesan garlic seasoning. It’s less cleanup.
