  • Mini Nilla wafers
  • Butterscotch chips
  • Hershey kisses candies

How To Make Acorn Cookies with Chocolate Candy

Place your mini Nilla wafers upside down on a baking sheet or cutting board.

In a small bowl, microwave the frosting in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted. Allow the frosting to cool slightly.

Place a small bit of the chocolate onto the bottom of the Nilla wafers, and attach a Hershey’s kiss candy to each Nilla wafer.

Place them in refrigerator to chill for about 15 minutes.

Then, add a dab of chocolate to the top of the wafers and attach the butterscotch chips.

Attach the butterscotch chip to the top of the Nilla wafer cookie.

Repeat this for all of the candies, and then chill for 15 more minutes.
