We do love our cheesecake desserts. One of our favorites are mini banana cheesecakes but when we want a quick and easy cheesecake, these blueberry cheesecake parfaits are our go to.

What you need to make this blueberry cheesecake parfaits recipe

  • Cream cheese
  • Whipped topping
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Blueberries

How to make cheesecake parfaits with blueberries

Cheesecake Parfaits with Blueberries Mixed

Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. I like to use a spatula for this but you can use a spoon if you want.

Take half of the cheesecake filling and place a spoonful or two on the bottom.

Take half of the blueberries and place them on top of the cheesecake mixture. (Save at least 6 blueberries for the top of the parfait).

Use the last bit of cheesecake mixture and spoon it onto the top of the blueberries.

Top each cheesecake parfait with a blueberry in the center.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
