Ingredients 

  • spinach/arugula mix
  • bacon
  • apples
  • goat cheese
  • dried cranberries
  • glazed pecans
  • Homemade Dressing: oil, Dijon mustard, honey, apple juice, apple cider vinegar

How To Make Apple Pecan Salad with Bacon

Cook the bacon: You can make the bacon in the oven, microwave, air fryer, or any way you want. For this recipe we used the oven but we have used air fryer bacon.

Dice the apples and the bacon once it’s cooled off.

Make the dressing by adding all of the dressing ingredients to a bowl and mixing them together.

Assemble the salad: Place the arugula/spinach salad mix, add the apples, bacon, pecans, dried cranberries, and goat cheese.

Drizzle the salad dressing on top.
