How To Make A Berry Bliss Smoothie

See below for a full list of ingredients and detailed instructions.

Peel the banana and cut into chunks. Slice the top offs of the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Add the bananas and strawberries to the blender.

Next, add the milk, blueberries, and blackberries to the blender.

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Optional: It’s always fun to add a garnish to a smoothie. For this berry bliss smoothie, a strawberry garnish will look great.

Notes & Tips

  • Instead of oat milk: use soy or almond milk to keep it vegan and experiment with flavors. You can also use regular milk to switch it up without the vegan twist.
  • Add greens. Sneak in some veggies by adding in spinach or kale.
  • Add or substitute any of your favorite berries. See what flavor combinations you can make and which ones you prefer.
  • Use fruit to garnish. Add a strawberry or other fruits for garnish.
  • Use frozen fruits. Frozen fruits are often cheaper and more convenient. Using frozen berries takes a little extra power for the blender so I always recommend letting them thaw out for just a few minutes before making the smoothie.
  • Give it a protein boost. Add protein powder to the smoothie.
