Why you’ll love this Cheesy Bacon Dip Recipe

  • It’s the perfect party appetizer. The warm bacon cheese dip will leave everyone wanting more.
  • The dip is oh so cheesy. It’s loaded with 3 different cheeses to make it gooey and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Cheeses: Mozzarella, gruyere, and cream cheese.
  • Mayo: Your favorite brand will work. I like Hellman’s because it’s not as tangy.

How To Make Cheesy Bacon Dip

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. This will help it blend better with the other cheeses and the mayo.

Cook the bacon to your preference. We like it crispy for this cheesy bacon dip. Once it’s done cooking, crumble it into pieces.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Wash and chop the green onions.

While the oven is preheating, mix the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, gruyere cheese, bacon (reserve some for topping the dip), and mix well with a spoon.

Pour the mixture into a 9×9 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for about 35 minutes or until the cheese is heated through and nice and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top it off with the leftover bacon crumbles and chopped green onion.
